Sorry it has been long time since I posted anything on here, but I have been super busy with so many things. But I just wanted to post something real quick to show you why I love this industry.

Help Others Lately?

I was Interviewing with http://www.facebook.com/george.fourie, who runs That MLM Beat. I was reminded how important is to help others during this conversation just wanted to make a quick post today about it.

I have a challenge for you guys today. I want you to go out of your way to apply a principal that I have been using since I started in this industry.

Go out of your way to help someone today, and hopefully that will build another relationship that you didn’t have before. I’m reminded of this because I have use this principal to meet so many wonderful people in the industry; and have built great friendships with some of the most wide known networkers in the world.

I think John C. Maxwell is one of the most celebrated authors in 21 century when it comes to idea of leadership.

I have read most of his books and I’m currently reading one now. John C. Maxwell talks about the idea that everybody knows how to communicate, but really people struggling with the idea of really connecting.

Let this quote by John C. Maxwell sink into your thoughts and help you see that changing your thinking is not enough, but becoming the person you want to be is the key. So many people want to feel changed instead of just acting changed. Leadership is a daily process, learn to become it everyday.

I’m truly amazed how sometimes we complicate some of the simplest things. We grew up going to school most of our life and you think we would have this one nailed. But John C. Maxwell has to make a video to teach people about behaviour. I guess sometimes it just seems ironic to me.

Why do we have to learn the hard way sometimes?

We have so much leadership material available to us, but we continue to do a lot of the same things over and over again. It’s time we take this video by John C. Maxwell to heart and learn how to be great.
