How good is your eyesight?

I know you are thinking this was just a catchy tagline to get you to read this right? Yes it was
I heard a knock on the door and there was the UPS man with my new glasses. I open the box and I put them on for the first time and felt like somebody turned on the switch, and I could finally see so much clearer then before. That is when I had this thought about business, life and etc.
We think we can see, but we might just be a little off target.
What I’m trying to say is this; I thought I could see good and didn’t need glasses. But really my eye sight was a little bit off. That got me thinking about things in general for people. It’s amazing the people I coach or talk to sometimes have that same problem in general. They think they are good, but they might be just a little bit off, and that little bit is what is holding them back in general. It’s not until we get those glasses on for the first time things are so much clearer and the detail is more recognizable.
Take time and ask yourself if you are really seeing clearly, or is your eyesight off?
Is it off in your work ethic?
Is it off in your belief of yourself and your abilities?
Is it off in your learning and leadership?
